Roadmap for being a Vendor at the Up The River Blues Festival:

1. Complete and Submit the Vendor Application Form, below

2. You will be sent an email with

   1. A Link to pay the 2026 Vendor Fee

   2. A Sample Certificate of Insurance

   3. A Hold Harmless Agreement

3. Once you get the email:

   1. Use the Link to pay the fee

   2. Reply to the email with a scanned, notarized copy of the Certificate of Insurance

   3. Include a scan of the notarized Hold Harmless Agreement
