There is no rain date for this event
Should the event be cancelled by the Festival Organizers due to inclement weather or any other act of God, any funds paid by the vendor for booth fees will be refunded less a $10 expense deduction
Vendors are required to be set up and operational during the entire Festival, noon to 8pm.
No electricity or running water is available. Generators are not allowed. This event is in September and natural light will begin to fade before the end of the festival. Vendors are required to provide battery driven power for lighting as needed to operate their booths after dark and for break-down.
Vendors will provide their own equipment (tables, chairs, tents)
Tents must not exceed 10’ x 10’. Any and all tents require leg bags/weights at all times
Vendors must leave their assigned area in the same condition they found it
Festival Organizers reserve the right to censor or close any booth not adhering to stated guidelines

FESTIVAL ARRIVAL, SETUP & TAKEDOWN
· Booth setup begins at 9:30 am on Saturday, September 13, 2025, and ends by 11:30 am.
· Once unloaded- VEHICLES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED WITHIN THE FESTIVAL AREA during operating hours. Nearby parking is available.
· Vendors supply tables, chairs, or tents.
· Safety is important and your tent/canopy must be securely anchored.
· Signage with pricing is required.
· All trash and cooking oils must be taken away upon vendor departure. DO NOT DUMP OILS ON THE GROUND or IN THE GRASS.
HOURS & INCLEMENT WEATHER
· The Festival opens to the public at 12:00pm on Saturday, September 13, 2025, and closes at 8:00 pm.
· Vendors are expected to remain operational until 8:00pm.
· Vendors may begin to pack up on-site at 8:00, but vehicles will not be allowed to enter the Festival Area until the majority of attendees have left the area AFTER 8pm
· As much advanced notice as possible will be given in the event of closure due to inclement weather.
· There is no rain date for this event. Scheduling conflicts with performing artists do not allow for this.
RESTRICTED ITEMS
· Counterfeit merchandise, Toy or Water Guns, Silly String, or any object with projectiles.
· No live animals without consent from the Festival Organizers.
· Firecrackers, poppers, or any other combustible objects.
· Firearms or bladed weapons.
· The Festival Organizers reserve the right to prevent a vendor from selling or distributing any item deemed dangerous.
